By downloading, installing, or using Wysely ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Wysely is a personal sports betting analytics tool that helps users track, organize, and analyze their betting history. The App imports data from supported sportsbooks via a browser extension and provides performance analytics. Wysely does not facilitate, place, or process any bets or wagers.
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Wysely offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

While we strive to accurately import and display your betting data, Wysely does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your betting records. The App is not a substitute for official sportsbook records.
Wysely is an analytics and tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes gambling advice, betting recommendations, or predictions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CoDi & Co Ventures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoDi & Co Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any financial losses from gambling activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Account settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
